Farnell Electronics said shareholders approved its plan to buy Premier Industrial of Ohio for $2.8 billion, clearing the way for it to become the world’s third-largest electronics parts distributor. . . . Coca-Cola said it increased its quarterly dividend by 14% to 25 cents a share from 22 cents.
