Can boiling a potato in pajamas and changing your own child’s diapers be a bigger high than being a mega-star? Wynonna’s answer was yes (“Will the Circle Be Unbroken?,” by Robert Hilburn, Feb. 11) and for all moms who did not hand over their newborn to a nanny on the way out of the delivery room, congrats!

Surrendering to motherhood really attunes one to the true and healing rhythms of life. Thank you, Wynonna, for sharing your “Revelations” with us. I have also taken time off from my career to be with my son, Elijah.
