Rainbow Technologies Inc.: The Irvine provider of software protection products and cryptographic technology reported that net income for 1995 rose 37% to $9.6 million, or $1.25 a share, from $7 million, or 94 cents a share, for 1994. Revenue increased 20% to $66.3 million from $55.1 million. Net income for the fourth quarter was $2.7 million, or 35 cents a share, up 29% from the $2.1 million, or 28 cents a share, for the fourth quarter in 1994. Revenue rose 20% to $18.1 million from $15.1 million. The 1994 results have been restated to reflect the acquisition of Mykotronx Inc. in May 1995.
