Magic Software Enterprises Inc.: The Irvine company, 51% owned by Mashov Computers, an Israeli holding company for high-technology investments, posted a net loss of $438,000, or 10 cents a share, for 1995, compared with a net loss of $1.4 million, or 34 cents a share, a year ago. Sales rose 19% to $25.4 million from $21.4 million. For the fourth quarter, the company posted net income of $1 million, or 23 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $81,000, or 2 cents a share, for the corresponding quarter in 1994. Sales increased 35% to $8.9 million from $6.6 million.
