Pinkerton’s Acquires Sacramento Security Firm

Pinkerton’s Inc., an Encino provider of security and investigation services, has acquired a Sacramento-based security services firm.

Terms of the purchase of Security Services Inc. were not disclosed. The firm was sold to Pinkerton’s by H.B. Brooks International Inc.

Security Services, founded in 1988, provides uniformed security-officer and patrol services throughout the state.
