Man Charged in Armed Robbery of Clinton Aide

WASHINGTON —
A man has been charged with armed robbery in connection with an incident in which White House aide Mark Fabiani was forced at gunpoint to withdraw money at several bank machines.
Charles Vincent Whitney, 38, of Washington, was arrested Thursday night at police headquarters without incident. District of Columbia police said Friday the investigation into the January incident was continuing.
