Tony Randall will receive the 1996 U.S. Montblanc de la Culture award, an honor that recognizes patrons of the arts, today in New York City. Randall, who founded the National Actors Theatre, said he will donate his $15,000 Montblanc prize to the theater’s high school outreach program, which exposes New York City public school students to the world of drama. He’ll also receive a special gold Montblanc pen.
