Sabl Weil Investment Merges With Clifford

Sabl Weil Investment Counsel, a Westlake financial advising firm, has merged with Clifford Associates of Pasadena.
The merger creates a combined management portfolio of more than $350 million in securities.
Sabl Weil, founded in 1961, advises individual and institutional investors throughout the western United States. The Clifford group advises individuals and charitable organizations, mostly in California.
James B. Fox III will continue as president of Clifford Associates. Ralph Weil of Sabl Weil has been named executive vice president and a director of Clifford.
The combined firms will be headquartered in Pasadena and will maintain the Weil office in Westlake.
