International Remote OKs Stock Repurchase

International Remote Imaging Systems Inc., a Chatsworth supplier of urinalysis workstations, said its board of directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 250,000 shares of its common stock.

The company said it hasn’t committed to buy any shares, but will make the purchases in open-market transactions on the American Stock Exchange.
