Masked Man Robs Bank on Main Street
A man wearing a white hockey mask robbed a Bank of America branch in Ventura Monday morning, the FBI said.
The man did not display a weapon or even mention having one when he robbed three tellers at 11:15 a.m. at the branch in the 500 block of Main Street, authorities said. There were no injuries.
Authorities described the man as a 30-year-old white male, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and a mustache.
Witnesses said they saw the robber flee north on California Street on foot. It was Ventura County’s eighth bank robbery this year.
