Nation IN BRIEF : COLORADO : Chinese Spy Capsule Falling to Earth

A 2-ton capsule from a Chinese spy satellite was tumbling out of control at 17,000 mph, expected to hit Earth sometime early today. The U.S. Space Command in Colorado Springs said would probably survive reentry. “With the Earth 70% water, we’re comfortable that there is a 70% chance of it going into the ocean,” Maj. Steve Boylan said.
