Walt Disney completed the sale of $8 billion of commercial paper to finance its $19-billion acquisition of Capital Cities-ABC, traders said. . . . International Paper said it will pay $1.29 billion in cash and 35.4 million shares of its stock next week to purchase Federal Paper Board in a transaction valued at $3.6 billion.
