Encino’s Wallpaper Bin a Decorator’s Delight

For the homemaker on a budget, there is perhaps no better decorating tool for transforming a room than wallpaper. And you don’t have to settle for the cheap stuff.

Papers usually found in decorator showrooms are available to the frugal shopper at 60% to 80% off original retail prices. Wallpaper Bin is a Valley treasure, and sharp shoppers head for this Encino store when looking for wall coverings.

The reasons are obvious--the store offers a wide selection, stocking many of the big names in the industry, great discounts and excellent service. Sinclair textiles (string cloth, grass cloth, etc.) that sell for $39.95 per roll and more are priced at $16.99. The contemporary and upscale Palisades Prints that retail at $37.95 are $12.99. Waverly papers are rather pricey at most stores ($27.99 per single roll), but the Wallpaper Bin price is $9.99.

There’s a wide selection of border papers, great for extra decorating touches, in adult and kid patterns. A 5-yard spool is $7.99, as opposed to the usual $25 and up that most retailers ask.
