NYPD Vet Joins Treasury

WASHINGTON —
President Clinton nominated Raymond W. Kelly, a former New York City police commissioner, on Monday to be the head of enforcement at the Treasury Department.
Kelly, a Marine Corps veteran, rose through the ranks of the New York City Police Department before his retirement after 25 years in 1994.
