American Health Posts 2nd Year of Losses

American Health Services Corp. posted a loss for 1995, while revenue rose 3%.

The developer and operator of diagnostic imaging and “radiosurgery” treatment centers said it lost $1.1 million, or 12 cents a share, the same as the previous year’s loss, which included an extraordinary gain of $305,985 from restructuring of long-term debt. Revenue rose to $37 million from $36 million.

For the fourth quarter, the company posted a net loss of $576,000, or 6 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $665,000, or 7 cents a share, for the same period of 1994. Revenue increased 15% to $9.7 million from $8.4 million.
