Pinkerton’s Inc. Acquires Texas Firm’s Accounts

Pinkerton’s Inc., an Encino provider of security and investigation services, said it acquired the commercial security accounts of a Texas firm.

Terms of the deal with Beltran’s Security and Investigation Services of El Paso were not disclosed.

Pinkerton’s said many of the accounts it acquired are with multinational companies, and include financial institutions. The transaction will help bolster the company’s international presence, it said.
