West Hills : Celebration of Israel Independence Day Set
The Yom HaAtzma’ut Walk and Celebration will be held Sunday at the Bernard Milken Jewish Community Campus in West Hills.
The walk will begin at 11 a.m. at three West Hills locations--Temple Aliyah, 6025 Valley Circle Blvd.; Temple Solael, 6601 Valley Circle Blvd.; and Shomrei Torah Synagogue, 7401 Shoup Ave.
The event, held to commemorate Israel Independence Day, will end with a celebration at 1:30 p.m. at Bernard Milken Jewish Community Campus, 22622 Vanowen St. in West Hills.
Entertainment will include children’s musician Craig Taubman and his band, Craig & Co.
