ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente-based maker of “needleless” medical devices said net income for the first quarter more than doubled to $1.6 million, or 18 cents a share, from $731,000, or 10 cents a share, a year ago. Sales rose 11% to $6 million from $5.4 million.
