Broderick’s Checkbook

Share

* Re “Broderick Linked to History of Scams,” April 17.

Isn’t it ironic that M. Elizabeth Broderick will accept only cash, cashier’s checks or money orders in payment from seminar participants, while “teaching” attendees to use worthless “comptroller’s warrants” to pay their debts? Broderick demands U.S. legal tender only (“real money”), then issues worthless warrants, which her clients use to pay their creditors.

Seems to me, if Broderick truly subscribes to her beliefs, attendees would be able to pay their seminar fees by using one of Broderick’s comptroller’s warrants, written to Broderick of course.

It appears Broderick wants all the rights of U.S. citizenship (which she recently renounced) without any of the responsibilities. And speaking of responsibility, who is responsible for writing those bad checks “funded” by Broderick’s warrants?
