. . . The Times reported that Enrique Herrera, who had practiced medicine for two years at a walk-in clinic, was arrested for not having a medical license.
The 36-year-old man, using the credentials of a retired physician, had impressed his employer, Dr. Francis Foo, with his expertise. “His performance was quite good,” Foo said.
