CAM Data System Inc.: The Fountain Valley company, which designs and markets inventory management and accounting systems, reported net income of $166,000, or 8 cents a share, for its fiscal second quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $72,100, or 4 cents a share, for last year’s second quarter. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 6%, to $3.4 million, from $3.2 million. For the first half, net income rose to $327,800, or 15 cents a share, from $12,000, or 1 cent a share, for same period of the preceding year. Revenue declined 3%, to $6.7 million, from $6.9 million. The company attributed the decline to the sale of its Silver Plus division last September.
