TransWorld Bank in Sherman Oaks has named Craig D. Collette president.
He succeeds David Hender, who will remain TransWorld’s chief executive until his retirement next year.
Collette previously was chief executive with Landmark Bank in La Habra.
* Ramon L. Guizar has become a partner at the Ventura law firm of Ferguson, Case, Orr, Paterson & Cunningham. Guizar, who joined the firm in 1991 as an associate, will continue to practice corporate, business and real estate law.
He is currently on the board of directors of the Greater Ventura chapter of the American Cancer Society and is chairman of the real property section of the Ventura County Bar Assn.
* Shanna Wasson Taylor has been selected as executive director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties. She has more than 10 years experience in nonprofit organizations, most of it with the Girl Scouts.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties fulfills the wishes of Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo county children who have life-threatening diseases.
