ACS Diversified Is Sold

Mission Management Inc. is acquiring Costa Mesa-based ACS Diversified Inc., which provides billing and accounting services to law and accounting firms. Terms were not disclosed.

Ted Parsons, a founder and president of ACS, will become general manager and chief operating officer of the combined company.

Mission Management, which was founded in 1980, provides software and technology services to cities, county and special districts in the state.
