Deadline for Warrants

Alpha Microsystems set a deadline of 5 p.m. June 17 for holders to redeem the company’s warrants.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $2.50.

The company, which provides information technology products and services, said all warrants not exercised prior to the redemption date will be redeemed by the company for 5 cents each, and will be null and void after the redemption date.
