Summer Band Needs a Few Good Players

The Irvine Valley College Summer Band is recruiting members to perform in summer concerts. The band is open to wind and percussion players with a minimum of three years’ experience performing in an ensemble. High school students interested in the band must be entering at least their junior year in the fall.

Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7 to 10 p.m., from June 13 to July 11. The Summer Band will perform a free concert of popular American music on July 14 at 6 p.m. in the Courtyard Amphitheatre at Irvine Valley College.
