. . . Laguna Beach Councilman Bob Gentry suggested that the ocean between Orange County and Catalina Island be declared a national park to block offshore oil drilling.
Gentry, speaking at a rally protesting oil drilling, said he was tired of being on the defensive. “We need to take the offensive, frankly,” he said.
