Of 187 business owners and executives surveyed, 81% “could attribute dollars and cents losses to personality conflict,” Rovner said Monday.

Councilman Marvin Braude, who represents parts of the Valley and West L.A., introduced a motion Tuesday to divest city pension funds of tobacco-related stocks. . . .
