Calvin Klein Sues PriceCostco: The suit against PriceCostco Inc. alleges that the retailer has been selling counterfeit goods. In the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Newark, N.J., Calvin Klein Jeanswear Co. claims it conducted a private investigation and found that PriceCostco was selling counterfeit and flawed Calvin Klein merchandise as top quality. Calvin Klein has asked the court to enjoin PriceCostco from selling any Calvin Klein merchandise. Calvin Klein said PriceCostco isn’t one of its customers. The unit of Designer Holdings Ltd. designs and markets apparel, sportswear and accessories under the Calvin Klein trademark. PriceCostco, based in Issaquah, Wash., operates 250 wholesale warehouses in the U.S., Canada and Britain. PriceCostco was not immediately available for comment.
