* Music: In a move to consolidate power on the West Coast, new Warner Music Group co-Chairmen Bob Daly and Terry Semel plan to move dozens of staff members from the firm’s New York office to Burbank. Warner Music Chief Financial Officer Gerry Gold and General Counsel Fred Wistow, who have weathered several regime changes over the last few years, are the highest-ranking executives expected to move West. MCA Records has restructured its black music division, installing Ken Wilson as president plus four other new senior executives. The shake-up is the latest in a series of management changes at MCA Inc., which was purchased in June 1995 by Seagram Co. MCA Records is the home of such rhythm and blues and rap stars as Mary J. Blige, Jodeci and the Lost Boys.
