Single-Family Home Sales Rise to 258 for April

April sales of single-family homes in the Conejo Valley totaled 258, compared to 230 the previous month, according to the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors.

The median sale price for homes sold in April was $249,217. The median price is the point at which half the units sold for more and half for less.

The median prices for homes by size were: $160,000 for 18 homes of up to two bedrooms; $212,499 for 89 three-bedroom homes; and $308,974 for 151 homes with four or more bedrooms.

There were 80 condominiums sold in April, compared to 77 sold in March. Total volume for all residential sales in April was more than $89 million.
