TEXAS : School Board Cancels Meeting Over Threat

The Dallas School Board canceled a public meeting after radical members of a group called the New Black Panther Party said they would turn up with loaded guns. Police told board trustees they would not provide as much support as they did at a meeting last month when thee New Black Panther Party members were arrested. Blacks have complained about white leadership in a predominantly minority school district.
