StarTronix to Buy Two Internet Companies

StarTronix International Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire two Internet companies--the IPO Network and the Internet Preview Channel. Terms weren’t disclosed.

The IPO Network maintains a World Wide Web site that provides individual investors with access to financial information over the Internet. The Internet Preview Channel serves as a clearinghouse for televised financial reports of publicly traded companies that maintain investor relations sites on the Internet and World Wide Web.

StarTronix provides online Internet access and long-distance services using the Internet.
