Metallica, all set to headline the Lollapalooza tour this summer, tops the album charts for the second week in a row. The group’s “Load” is No. 1 on The Times Southern California chart and the national chart. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s “Tha Crossroads” sits atop the national and local singles charts for the seventh consecutive week.
