Pacific International to Acquire Third Rail
LOS ALAMITOS —
Pacific International Enterprises Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Third Rail Inc. for a note, cash and stock. The acquisition was valued at $3 per share of Third Rail stock.
Binks Graval, co-founder of Third Rail, was named chairman and chief executive of Pacific International.
Third Rail produces men’s clothing and accessories, including snowboards and apparel. Pacific International’s Crush Innovative Sports Systems unit develops sports-related products based on its quick-release fastening technology.
