Executive Switch at TouchStone

In a realignment of duties aimed at improving performance, TouchStone Software Corp.’s new president and chief operating officer has assumed the additional post of chief executive, while C. Shannon Jenkins, the former chief executive, becomes chief technology officer.

Larry Jordan, 52, who joined TouchStone in January, said he is taking on the CEO’s duties as part of an ongoing assessment of management strengths at the Huntington Beach software company. Jenkins, 49, will concentrate on product planning, development and merchandising.
