XP Systems Purchases Moorpark Industrial Site

XP Systems Corp. has purchased an industrial building in Moorpark for $4.1 million, according to Scott Thomas of Told Partners, who negotiated the sale.

The 109,256-square-foot building, a research and development facility, is located at 405 Science Drive. The building was purchased from Meridian Industrial Trust.

The purchase by XP Systems, a software developer, will allow the company to relocate its corporate headquarters to a larger facility in Moorpark. The company plans to lease 48,000 square feet to Technicolor for warehousing.
