Nasdaq Delists Beaten Down Hamburger Hamlet

Hamburger Hamlet Restaurants Inc., a Sherman Oaks restaurant chain, has been delisted from the Nasdaq Small Cap Market.

Nasdaq took the action because of Hamburger Hamlet’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy and the company’s failure to provide financial statements since the time of the filing, it said.
