** Harry Connick Jr., “Star Turtle,” Columbia. OK, so this turtle drops into town from outer space, and Harry takes him on a tour of New Orleans music haunts, from jazz clubs to mosh pits. Herein is the chronicle of the turtle’s visit, including bits of dialogue between the turtle (played by Harry) and his human escort (also Harry). Happily, the music itself is not always so inane, particularly the sweetly understated ballad “Just Like Me.”
