Koll Asia Pacific Appoints Real Estate Services Executive

* Paul F. Meyer has been named managing director of real estate services for Koll Asia Pacific, part of Koll, a Newport Beach real estate service company. He will be based in Newport Beach, U.S. headquarters of Koll Asia. Meyer was previously with Travers Realty Corp. and Cushman Realty Corp.

* E. Gene Colombini has been appointed vice president of R.D. Olson Construction in Anaheim. Before joining the company three years ago, he was administrative vice president with Birtcher Construction.

* James O. Hillman has been named chief operating officer of the American Medical Group Assn., a national organization of physician groups, with offices in Alexandria, Va., and Seal Beach. Hillman will head the Seal Beach office. Hillman was formerly executive director of the Unified Medical Group Assn. in Seal Beach, which merged with the American Group Practice Assn. on July 1 to create the American Medical Group Assn.

* John Graef has been elected president of Insurance Brokers of Orange County, a trade association for commercial insurance brokers. He succeeds Don Johansson, who remains a member of the executive committee. Graef is vice president of Marsh and McLennan Inc.
