Bolero Group Buys Stake in Baldwin Piano
NEWPORT BEACH —
Bolero Investment Group L.P. and its affiliates acquired a 5.5% stake in Baldwin Piano & Organ Co.
The investors acquired 188,560 common shares as an investment, according to a report filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Bolero Group’s most recent Baldwin transactions include the purchase of 49,460 shares at $13.60 to $15.50 each from May 20 to July 17, according to the SEC filing. Baldwin shares most recently traded at an asking price of $15.50.
Baldwin, based in Loveland, Ohio, has manufactured keyboard musical products for more than 130 years.
