Investor Acquires 5.7% Stake in Comarco

Storie Partners L.P., a San Francisco-based investment partnership, acquired a 5.7% stake in Comarco Inc., a provider of wireless communications products.
The investor paid $5.45 million to acquire 311,500 common shares as an investment, according to a report filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The partnership’s most recent transactions include the purchase of 263,000 shares at $17.76 to $21.37 each from May 16 to July 8, according to the SEC filing. Comarco shares fell 25 cents Tuesday to close at $16.19.
