Standard Pacific Corp.: The Costa Mesa home builder reported second-quarter net income of $2.2 million, or 7 cents a share, an 83% gain from the $1.2 million, or 4 cents a share, for the 1995 second quarter. Revenue rose 25% to $112.2 million from $89.9 million. Net income for the first half increased 22% to $2.8 million, or 9 cents a share, from $2.3 million, or 8 cents a share, for the like six months last year. Revenue was up 10% to $183.1 million from $167.2 million.
