Times Mirror Appoints 4 Vice Presidents: The Los Angeles-based news and information company, which is parent of the Los Angeles Times, named Debra Domeyer director of information systems, Stanley Foutz director of audit, Martha Goldstein director of corporate communications and Jean Jarvis director of investor relations. “We are very pleased to name these executives to the position of Times Mirror staff vice president,” said Mark H. Willes, Times Mirror Co. chairman, president and chief executive officer. “These appointments are in recognition of the outstanding contributions of these individuals to Times Mirror and the key roles which these functions hold on the corporate staff.” Domeyer is responsible for the design and implementation of the computer network system connecting all Times Mirror companies. Foutz is responsible for overseeing internal audit matters. Goldstein is responsible for external and internal communications and is the company’s primary spokeswoman. Jarvis is responsible for all contact with the investment community, managing financial presentations, financial analyst contact and special communications to the investment community.
