GT Bicycles Inc.: The Santa Ana bicycle manufacturer said that net income for the second quarter grew to $2.2 million, or 22 cents a share, from $543,000, or 8 cents a share, for the 1995 second quarter. Sales advanced 17% to $44.1 million from $37.8 million. Net income for the first half increased to $4.4 million, or 45 cents a share, from $1 million, or 14 cents a share, a year ago. Sales climbed 14% to $93 million from $81.7 million.
