US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa medical and casualty insurance company reported net income of $3.6 million, or 60 cents a share, for the second quarter, a 5% decline from $3.8 million, or 67 cents a share, for last year’s second quarter. Quarterly revenue fell 4% to $38.5 million from $39.9 million. For the first half, net income rose 9% to $7.4 million, or $1.24 a share, from $6.8 million, or $1.19 a share, for the same period last year. Revenue rose 3% to $77.4 million from $75.4 million.
