Australians came up with the idea as a quick way to make Pavlova, the dessert originally made to honor prima ballerina Anna Pavlova’s visit to the land Down Under. The elegant dessert base is a trifle to prepare and a fair piece sweeter than the stuff that comes out of the American correctional system. Magic Products of Australia also makes an instant souffle dessert but has yet to break into the pantyhose market.
