* The Ventura County Public Works Agency has awarded a $105,285 contract to Blois Construction in Oxnard to replace a water line on Moorpark Avenue. The project, between Los Angeles and Poindexter avenues in Moorpark, calls for replacing the main and service water lines to accommodate the construction of the city’s storm drain project. Work is expected to continue through Sept. 18.
