Louis Maximilian Welsh; Judge Appeared on ‘Superior Court’

Louis Maximilian Welsh, 75, San Diego Superior Court judge for 12 years who appeared on television’s “Superior Court.” Welsh, a native of Chicago, was educated at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University and served as a lieutenant in the Navy during World War II.
