Comarco Inc.: The Yorba Linda provider of wireless communications products and engineering, management and staffing services said that net income for the second quarter ended July 31 grew 30% to $1.1 million, or 20 cents a share, from $838,000, or 17 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue declined 6% to $16.1 million from $17.2 million. First-half net income totaled $2.2 million, or 41 cents a share, 29% higher than the $1.7 million, or 33 cents a share, for the corresponding six months a year ago. Revenue was down 6%, to $32.5 million from $34.6 million.
