Gunmen Kill 8 in Town Cafeteria

Unidentified men opened fire with submachine guns in a cafeteria in the town of Borovichi in western Russia, killing eight men, the Itar-Tass news agency said. The victims were men in their 20s, including six residents of Borovichi and two Vietnamese, police in the nearby city of Novgorod said. No motive or arrests were reported.
